These terms apply to anyone using the Convoix web application or website. If you use Convoix as staff of a brokerage, your brokerage’s Client Service Agreement with Convoix also applies and prevails if there is a conflict.
Who we are. Convoix is operated by Mohammad Jassim, an Intelaq sole establishment licensed in Dubai, UAE. Contact: hello@convoix.co.
Accounts. Accounts are created by a brokerage administrator. Keep your password private and tell your administrator if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your login.
Acceptable use. Do not: message people who have not agreed to be contacted; upload content you have no right to use; attempt to access another brokerage’s data; reverse-engineer, copy or resell the service; use it for anything unlawful or in breach of Meta’s WhatsApp policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
The AI assistant. Replies drafted or sent by the AI are made on behalf of the brokerage and under its configured rules. The AI can make mistakes; confirm anything binding yourself. The AI identifies itself as an AI assistant when asked.
Your data. Lead data belongs to the brokerage. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Availability. We aim for 99% monthly availability but the service depends on WhatsApp, our AI provider and our hosting provider, and may be interrupted. We will announce planned maintenance 24 hours ahead where possible.
Intellectual property. Convoix and its software, design and content are owned by Convoix. You get a licence to use them while your brokerage is a client, nothing more.
Liability. To the extent UAE law allows, Convoix is not liable for indirect loss, lost deals or lost commission, and its total liability to any user is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before a claim.
Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to brokerage administrators 14 days ahead. Continued use after that is acceptance.
Law. Laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE; Dubai Courts.
